Every day, Nova Logistics delivers 120,000 parcels across French cities. Last-mile delivery is where most of our emissions, costs and customer frustration come from. We want to work with startups that can help us deliver faster, cleaner and smarter, and test their solutions at scale on our network.
Urban deliveries account for 40% of our CO2 emissions while representing only 15% of distances driven. Low-emission zones are spreading across French cities, failed deliveries cost us €2 each, and current electric vans do not solve parking, loading or route density. We want to cut last-mile emissions in half by 2030 without increasing cost per parcel.
What we are looking for
Solutions for urban logistics: cargo bikes and light electric vehicles, micro-hubs, route optimization, smart lockers, or software that reduces failed deliveries. Solutions must be able to run a pilot in at least one French city within 6 months and integrate with our transport management system (TMS) through an API.
